    Sean has been my personal trainer for about 7 years. That time period with one trainer should in and of itself speak highly of Sean’s knowledge, his motivational skills and his engaging personality. Without a doubt Sean has significantly improved my physical condition. As he likes to tell me it is not often that one gets stronger with age but that is what Sean has helped me accomplish. Not only is he able to motivate to continuing to achieve personal bests, he is always willing and able to answer questions about the various exercises that he asks me to do. These answers not only enable me to understand why I am doing a particular exercise but it also helps me to understand the proper way to do the exercise. After these many years with Sean as my personal trainer I cannot imagine where I would be without his expertise, his encouragement and his positive attitude.

    I have used Sean O’Brien as my personal trainer for the past ten years. Sean is one of the most knowledgeable people that I know when it comes to the human body and how to make the body work. I am an endurance athlete and as such prone to injury. Sean has helped me to stay relatively healthy, and got me to the finish line of 6 Ironman triathlons. There have been injuries along the way. However Sean knows where to find my weakness in my body that leads to these injuries. He then helps me to go to work with exercises that target this specific weaknesses. He never ceases to amaze me with how many creative exercises he comes up with. Sean takes his craft very serious, and think it is safe to say he is one of the most qualified personal trainers you will ever find.
