Health and fitness has always been a passion for Sean and in school he became the “go to guy” for healing quick from sports injuries. This eventually lead to a career training athletes (specifically alpine skiers). As time went on he became more and more interested in body mechanics and muscle imbalances that caused injuries.
What he’s found over past 15 years in the fitness industry is that while athletes get all the attention – muscle imbalances and poor posture can wreak havoc on anyone’s body.
The truth is, everyone has pain whether they work out or not. And oftentimes that pain prevents people from working out and staying fit – and that makes the problem worse.
Sean now works exclusively with lawyers and other high level professionals that spend hours upon hours sitting at a desk. While they may try to ignore it, most of his clients have mild back pain or never ending nerve pain through their arms, wrist, or neck and it’s affecting their overall quality of life.
Sean’s ultimate goal for his clients is that they live pain free – especially during their workouts.
He has specifically studied muscle imbalances, postural deviations, and how health and fitness can mend these problems. Sean creates customized fitness plans for his clients based on their physical needs and limitations so they can work out pain free and achieve the level of fitness that they desire.
Sean also recognizes that most lawyers and business professionals simply don’t have time to work out and with their hectic lives their health gets left by the wayside. They also don’t have time (or the interest) to learn how to work out on their own.
He solves both of these problems by becoming a “Health Manager” for his clients. He schedules times on their calendar, holds them accountable, and works with them side by side to keep them motivated and so they don’t have to think about what comes next.
Sean takes the stress away from having to work out, helps you reach your fitness goals, and live a pain free life. If you’d like to learn more about working with Sean then check out his in-home private training packages.
